121st All India Beighton Cup tournament
Kolkata: Following matches were played on Friday in the Quarter Final league of the 121st All India Beighton Cup tournament.

In the first match of the day Army XI beat Central Secretariat 5-3. For Army XI, Ramandeep Singh scored a brace, while A J Rakesh, Gurpinder Singh, Gurpreet Singh scored one goal each. K. B. Ponnana, Vinayak and M Hassan Basha were the goal scorers for Central Secretariat.

In the second match of the day, RCF Kapurthala blanked Police AC 12-0. For RCF Kapurthala Ajmer Singh scored hat-trick, while Deepak Kumar and Karanpal Singh scored twice, Pardeep Singh,  Sankalp Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Manpreet Singh, Gouravjit Singh scored one goal each.

In the third and final match of the day, ONGC beat Eastern Railway Sports Association (ERSA) 5-2. For ONGC, Diwakar Ram scored twice, while one goal each came from the sticks of Gurwinder Chandi, Ajay Yadav, P. Machaiah. For ERSA Sulamand Lakra and Gunjan were the scorers.
