Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2018

The 5th edition of Women’s Asian Champions Trophy was played in Donghae City, South Korea from 13th May to 20th May 2018.

The top five Asian teams featured in the tournament. The tournament was played in a round robin format, with the top two ranked teams will play in the Final whereas the 3rd and 4th placed will play to determine the third ranked team.

Host South Korea beat defending champions India 1-0 in the final, whereas in the bronze medal match China beat Malaysia 2-0.

  1. Happy to see a well known indian face Mr Kumar chidambaram ( cr kumar sir ) as a coach again with the team after a short break because he is the person. Who found these girls 7 years back and grommed them in all aspects, trained and travelled with them .
